Homemade Oven-Baked Jalapeno Poppers | F.N. Sharp Recipes

When you’re craving the sweet and spicy combination of spicy jalapeno and cream cheese but want to skip the stuffing and frying, then this recipe for slightly healthier oven-baked jalapeno poppers is all yours!

In the follow-along recipe video featured below, recipe creator Justin Grimm adds more pop to his stuffed jalapenos by adding both white cheddar cheese and cream cheese, plus everyone’s favorite: Bacon! 🥓 

He also makes the prep work for this recipe a bit easier by cutting the jalapenos in half and stuffing them like cute little boats full of melty cheese and crunchy bacon 😋 So, not only are these jalapeno poppers easier to make, they’re easier to eat, too!

F.N. Sharp Chef Tips:
🔪 You can build little mounds of Kosher salt on the sheet pan and then place halved, filled jalapeños gently on top of each to keep them from tipping.

🔪 Wear gloves when handling the jalapeños! (Mainly while slicing and de-seeding). If you don’t have gloves on hand, no worries! Coat your hands with oil (the cheap stuff) so it acts as a barrier – just be sure to wipe off any excess and handle that knife with caution 😁
