Meat-Filled Korean Twice-Baked Potatoes | F.N. Sharp Recipes

In this recipe video, Brand Ambassador Justin Grimm shows us how to use the F.N. Sharp Santoku knife for some onion chopping and the paring knife for some potato prep to create some delicious twice-baked potatoes!

This isn’t your average twice-baked potato recipe, either – you also get some extra flavors and a heartier filling with ground beef seasoned with soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh garlic, ginger and sweet onion for some Korean flavor, all topped with the insides of the potatoes mashed together with some horseradish cheddar and scallions, then baked again for some twice-baked potatoes with a kick!

Now round up your ingredients, grab those F.N. Sharp knives, get that cutting board ready and let’s do the mashed potato!
