This newly designed mandolin includes the following: -Three julienne blades, secured in place, either encased underneath the body or, when rotated by a knob on the side, offer a 1/8” shoestring cut or the ¼” French fry or the ½” bistro fry. – One serrated blade for either crinkle or waffle cuts. – One straight blade for slicing. – One storage box for the serrated blade and/or the straight blade. – One height adjustable food holder, secured to the mandolin’s body by a rail, with interior needles and spikes to keep the food in place. – Four non-skid feet for standing on its own. – Two rear folding feet for standing as a Japanese mandolin slicer. – Two rounded resting notches for resting flat above a bowl or a pot. – Adjustable cutting in thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 7 mm or 1/16” to 9/32” – BPA-free, patented design.
