Each layer of premium metal serves a purpose: 304 stainless steel for safe, easy-clean cooking; a thick aluminum core for even heating; and 430 stainless steel for performance on all cooktops. Heat distribution to handles may occur over long periods of high temperature cooking. Make sure to use a potholder when grasping handles.
EASY TO CLEAN & CARE FOR. To maintain the quality of your Legend cookware, allow to cool completely to room temperature. Clean with dish detergent and a sponge or soft mesh scrubber. To maintain luster, polish with water and a mild acid, like vinegar or lemon juice. Dishwasher safe, but to maintain the visibility of interior measurement lines, handwashing is best. Stainless steel requires no special handling, unlike cast iron, pure copperware, enameled and nonstick clad cookware.
NO NEED FOR NON-STICK COATING. Just let pots and pans get hot, then add a healthy cooking oil, like safflower or olive oil, and you can sauté vegetables or fry a steak to perfection.
