This slicing knife has a large, ergonomic handle with a slight curve that provides an unmatched, comfortable grip. There’s also a non-slip finger guard at the bottom of the handle for added safety. The blade is made from surgical-grade, high carbon stainless steel with a beautiful matte finish. Clean up time will be a little easier with this kitchen utensil. The handle is made of a black resin that is dishwasher tolerant.
