Beautiful – Large full color packet of Heshiko Japanese Bunching Onion (Allium fistulosum) seed, very popular in many Asian and American dishes. Grows 12-14″ with mild flavored leaves and white flesh. Delicious addition to stir-fries, soups, and salads. Non-bulbing and hardy in cold weather. Minimum of 500 mg per packet (about 250 seeds).
Productive – Green Onions germinate in 10-14 days when soil temps are 68-75°F. Plant 1/4” deep and space 1-2” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 10-14” tall with a spread of 1”. This variety will mature in 60-70 days, plant in USDA zones 2-9.
