How to Use Our Hydroponic Microgreens System

Pour about 1 1/2 cups of water into the bottom tray. This should bring the water level right up to the lips where the screen will rest.Pour a few drops of hydrogen peroxide or a dash of salt. This will keep the water from going stagnate.Place the screen in the bottom tray and spread your microgreens seeds across it.Spray once with a spray bottle and cover with the other steel tray. Check each day for germination.Once the seeds have sprouted and are showing their first leaves, remove steel covering and place under grow lights or next to a window.Watch them grow over the next few days and harvest when microgreens are 1” long.
