We recently asked our editorial staff to pinpoint one item they think will be a hit with IKEA shoppers in 2025. Our photographer Belle Morizio’s prediction? The new Ivosjon Cabinet, an adorable, tall storage unit that features lift-up, slide-in drawers dotted with circles. And if you really want to embrace the look of the funky piece, you won’t want to sleep on the matching Ivosjon mirror either. Also made up of more than 50% recycled plastic, the medicine cabinet is a mere $20 and offers both open and closed storage.
Like its cabinet counterpart, the product keeps the circular theme going with its large mirror and pale mint color. Its four rounded corners give it an additional sculptural touch, one slightly reminiscent of Ready to Hang’s $895 Bezel Mirror.
Most of all, we love that IKEA’s brand-new medicine cabinet isn’t just all mirror on the outside like typical rectangular ones. The open shelf along the base is perfect for storing things you reach for all the time like hand soap (tiny pedestal sink? No problem!) and toothpaste. Then, there are two bonus shelves behind the closed door, which is held in place with a magnetic lock.
If your boring bathroom mirror needs a storage-friendly upgrade, the Ivosjon is calling your name. And the best part is you don’t have to call a contractor to recess it into the wall: simply screw it into a flat surface and—voila—storage.
